Lumen Studio – Booking Policy

✧ Booking & Payment

  • All Solas Readings are booked and paid for in advance.

  • Payment confirms the booking and secures your place in the schedule.

✧ Delivery of Your Reading

  • Your personalised Solas Reading will be delivered via:

    • A 15–20 minute private voice note sent by email, and

    • A written summary of your reading, plus your personal mantra.

  • Readings are typically delivered within 7 working days after your booking is confirmed.

  • If there is ever an unexpected delay, you will always be informed.

✧ Nature of the Reading

Solas Readings are designed as reflective, intuitive guidance using tarot, numerology, and angel cards. They are intended to support clarity, self-awareness, and personal growth.

  • Readings are not predictive guarantees, but invitations to reflection and empowerment.

  • You always retain your own free will and agency.

  • Readings are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

✧ Cancellations & Refunds

Because each reading is energetically and personally prepared:

  • Refunds are not offered once the reading has begun or been delivered.

  • If you need to cancel before your intake has been completed, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of booking.

  • In rare circumstances where I need to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Your reading is a private, sacred space.

  • All personal information shared is treated as strictly confidential.

  • Your name, details, and reading content will never be shared without your explicit permission.

✧ Energetic Boundaries

To protect the integrity of the work:

  • Readings are offered with care, respect, and grounded intention.

  • I reserve the right to decline a booking if the request feels inappropriate, harmful, or outside the scope of this work.

Solas Readings are created slowly and intentionally. They are not rushed, automated, or generic. Each reading is treated with care, presence, and respect for your story.
